What is Kingdom Way 7v7?
•Kingdom Way 7v7 is a competitive off-season football program focused on elite training to elevate players’ skills, character, and readiness for top-tier competition

•Kingdom Way training focuses on more than football skills. We emphasize character-building, mental resilience, and leadership, preparing players to excel both on and off the field.
Who can join Kingdom Way 7v7?
•Our program is open to boys ages 14-18 who are dedicated to improving their football abilities and embracing a mindset of excellence.

•Commitment includes practices, frequent travel, and dedication. Practices will be held on Sundays at Roosevelt high school in Yonkers. we will have midweek Zoom sessions for film reviews.

Student-Athlete Code of Conduct
As a member of Kingdom Way Sports 7v7, each student-athlete represents not only themselves but also their family, their teammates, and the organization. All athletes are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, discipline, and respect both on and off the field.
1. Academic Standards

Athletes must maintain an 85 overall average in school.

Report cards and/or progress reports will be requested to ensure academic compliance.

Academic support will be offered, but failure to meet standards may result in loss of playing time or suspension.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
-
Practice is mandatory. Consistent attendance is required to remain in good standing.

If unable to attend practice, athletes must notify staff 48–72 hours in advance.

Same-day notifications will not be accepted except in emergencies.

On-time arrival is expected for practices, meetings, and games. Lateness may result in reduced playing time.
3. Respect & Behavior
-
All athletes must treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials with respect at all times.

No bullying, belittling, or negative behavior will be tolerated.

Trash talk, unsportsmanlike conduct, and disrespectful gestures are prohibited.

Kingdom Way athletes are expected to act with class and sportsmanship regardless of circumstances.
4. Playing Time Policy

Playing time is earned, not given.
-
Factors include effort, attitude, attendance, performance, and respect for the program.

Coaches have the final say in playing time decisions.
5. Travel & Team Representation
-
While traveling, athletes represent Kingdom Way at all times.

Dress code (team-issued apparel or designated travel wear) must be followed.

Curfew rules set by staff must be respected.
-
Athletes must remain with the team unless given permission by a coach.
6. Social Media & Public Image
-
Athletes are expected to use social media responsibly.
-
No posts that include profanity, threats, bullying, or negative comments about teammates, coaches, opponents, or officials.

Any inappropriate use of social media that damages the team’s reputation may result in suspension or dismissal.
7. Substance Policy
-
Zero tolerance for drugs, vaping, alcohol, or tobacco.

Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action up to dismissal from the program.
8. Equipment & Uniforms
-
Athletes must take care of all issued uniforms and equipment.
-
Lost or damaged gear due to negligence must be replaced at the athlete’s expense.
-
A full, correct uniform must be worn for games.
9. Commitment to Team
-
Athletes are expected to give maximum effort in practices, workouts, and games.

Quitting mid-season without proper discussion may result in ineligibility for future participation.

Every player is responsible for contributing to the positive culture of the team.
10. Disciplinary Action
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

Verbal/Written Warning

Loss of Playing Time

Suspension from practices or games

Dismissal from the program
Final disciplinary decisions will be made by the Head Coach and/or Program Director.
